JULY 1, 2018

AMPAC launches “No Ban !! No Wall !! March” in Washington DC on September 11, 2018.

The American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) has announced that it intends to organize a Muslim March Against Trump’s Muslim Ban & Wall.

The march will take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The marchers will represent the Muslims in U.S. The march will symbolic to fight Donald Trump’s Racism, Bigotry, Islamophobia, Xenophobia and will reject Trump-Pence regime against it’s Fascism.

“The vast majority of the Muslims and other minority & immigrant community have been discriminated against and specially Trump’s reckless action of calling Muslims as terrorist, Hispanic as rapist, African American as Lazy and our women are worthless, except his rich billionaire and white supremacy. MD Alam, founder of AMPAC, said “American Muslim will fight Trump-Pence Regime and stand against it’s all reckless action until the regime is fall. Based on a Religious test, the regime enacted the “Muslim Ban” as United States’ Supreme Court finding the Travel Ban as constitutional”

Alam said. “But we hope to have representatives from a large number of Muslim organizations present, representing the vast majority of Muslims and many other organizations who are fighting against Trump-Pence Regime and who condemn Trump, and will refuse Fascism.”

Alam challenged his old friend Sean Hannity and Judge Jeanine Pirro of Fox News to make good on his promise to cover this kind of event. Sean, we want you to come to Washington DC to cover us and admit that you were wrong when you claimed that Muslims weren’t doing enough to oppose terrorism. Trump is symbolic to systematic terrorism and he is tearing the country apart”

AMPAC’s open letter to Donald Trump: Donald Trump, your presidency has been a nightmare for American Muslims. But now...get ready, Trump, because your worst nightmare is about to come true. On September 11th, 2018, Muslims are coming from all over America…and heading straight towards you! The American Muslim Political Action Committee presents…the No Ban No Wall March on Washington. “No ban! No wall! The Trump regime is going to fall!” Banning Muslims from America, and ripping babies out of their mothers’ arms and throwing them in Wal-Marts converted into baby jails, is just not acceptable. Better build a wall around the White House, Trump, and put in some soundproofing, because we’re comin’ to getcha, and we are gonna get loud and proud!

ON THE SAME day that he unveiled an urban agenda that highlights public transportation, affordable housing, and criminal justice reform, Michigan gubernatorial candidate Abdul El-Sayed came under fire in what he has described as a “birther”-like campaign questioning his eligibility to run for governor.

El-Sayed, a lifelong Michigander whose campaign has raised nearly $2 million, could be the first Muslim-American governor in the United States. He is considered the most serious challenger to Democratic frontrunner Gretchen Whitmer ahead of the August primary. And on Monday, Bridge, a Michigan magazine, published an article saying the stint El-Sayed spent as a medical student and professor at Columbia University in New York between 2013 and 2016 could be used against him, writing that “questions surrounding El-Sayed’s candidacy are an open secret among Democrats, particularly in southeast Michigan.”

Most of the Democrats and election lawyers the magazine interviewed spoke on condition of anonymity, because they “didn’t want to be caught up in a controversy.” A controversy has resulted nonetheless, with much of the Detroit press picking up the story. El-Sayed, in a fundraising email, said the article is the work of “establishment Democrats resorting to the kind of birther tactics that opponents to Barack Obama used to discredit his run for the presidency.”

Asked about the dispute, Whitmer’s campaign neither condemned nor supported the allegations against El-Sayed and had nothing to say about his response.

“Whitmer is not focused on chatter about who is or is not getting into the race and frankly there has been way too much distraction from how we fix our roads, grow our economy, and protect health care for Michigan families,” Annie Ellison, a spokesperson for the campaign, told The Intercept. “Anything that distracts from how we solve problems and put people first in this state is not something she’s paying attention to.”

The Michigan constitution provides that a candidate for governor must have been a “registered elector in this state” for four years prior to the election. El-Sayed grew up in metro Detroit. He played high school sports and started medical school at the University of Michigan. He completed his medical education in New York, but returned to Detroit in 2015 after being tapped to lead the Detroit Health Department. “While we knew the attacks were coming, we didn’t think they would come in the form of insider Democrats using Trump’s ‘birther’ tactics,” the campaign said in a statement.

The lawyers and Democratic officials interviewed by Bridge say that his time in New York — and the fact that he has a driver’s license in that state — means he does not meet the basic qualifications for office.

One Democratic elected official told the magazine, “There will be a court case, guaranteed. The only question is who is going to step up to take him out.” Another framed his questions about El-Sayed’s eligibility in the context of concern for the Democratic party. “One party leader said he fears a ‘nightmare scenario’ in which El-Sayed comes from behind and wins the Democratic Party primary in August, then is knocked off the November general election ballot through a lawsuit brought by Republicans,” the article says.

When he lived in New York, El-Sayed obtained a local driver’s license in 2013, which meant he had to discard his Michigan license. But the Detroit Free Press queried the secretary of state and was told that while it’s accurate that El-Sayed didn’t vote in the state of Michigan between 2013 and 2016, he didn’t lose his voter registration.

Fred Woodhams, a communications officer in the secretary of state’s office, offered similar comments to us and added that the office cannot make a final ruling until El-Sayed officially files paperwork on April 24.

“I can confirm that, according to the state’s voter records, El-Sayed has been continuously registered to vote since 2003. El-Sayed has not filed to run for governor so we have no further comment. Candidates have until April 24 to file,” Woodhams said in an email.

El-Sayed’s three years in New York did cause his voter registration to be placed on “cancellation countdown status,” but because he voted in November 2016 in Michigan, his status was returned to normal. He also owned a residence in Ann Arbor even while living in New York.

James Allen, a lawyer working with El-Sayed’s campaign, disputed the challenge to the candidate’s legacy in a statement to The Intercept.

The bottom line is this: Abdul is a qualified elector and is thus eligible to run for Governor because he is and has continuously been a resident and registered voter. There is always a danger when people try to make a legal claim without knowing all the facts. It’s like trying to make a diagnosis without ever seeing the patient. Abdul consistently and continuously maintained his connection to the state of Michigan as a registered voter and maintaining legal residency in the state between 2011-2015 (i.e. in the years required by law for him to be a qualified elector).

Robert Lenhard, a former chair of the Federal Election Commission who is serving as outside counsel to the El-Sayed campaign, issued a similar statement.

We have looked at this question closely and are confident Abdul El-Sayed is qualified to run for Governor of Michigan. He is a lifelong resident of Michigan. He was born here, went to school here, and married here. He has been a property owner, a taxpayer, a registered voter and a resident of Michigan throughout the qualifying period under State law. Michigan law has never held that absences from the state for school or work cause you to lose your residence. This issue is just a red herring.

Polls have shown Whitmer with a double-digit lead over the other Democrats in the race, and she has raised about $1 million more than El-Sayed has. (A December poll showed Republican Bill Schuette with a 3-point lead over Whitmer for the general election.) Still, El-Sayed’s campaign has garnered a wave of national media attention and his progressive politics have earned him the support of veterans of the 2016 Bernie Sanders presidential campaign. He is the 33-year-old son of an Egyptian immigrant, and he has drawn comparisons to Obama, owing in part to his youth and charismatic presence on the stump. (El-Sayed is, in fact, highly critical of the former president.)

The partisan primaries will take place on August 7.

AMPAC launches Muslims Marching Against DAESH in Washington D.C.

The American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) has announced that it intends to organize a Billion Muslim March Against DAESH. (DAESH is the acronym for the phony “Islamic State.”;) The march is simply called "Muslim Against Daesh (MAD)"

The march will take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The marchers will represent the more than one billion Muslims around the world who reject DAESH.

“The vast majority of the world’s Muslims have no use for Daesh,” said MD Alam, founder of AMPAC. “There is not a single major religious authority in the Islamic world who supports or condones this terrorist group. We want to stand up and be counted…all 1.5 billion of us.”

Alam admitted that Washington DC cannot hold a billion people. “We don’t need to disrupt our nation’s capital by bringing that many people there,” he said. “But we hope to have representatives from a large number of Muslim organizations present, representing the vast majority of Muslims – the more than one billion of us who oppose and condemn DAESH.”

Alam challenged his old friend Bill O’Reilly of Fox News to make good on his promise to cover this kind of event. “Bill O’Reilly said that if there were a Million Muslim March against DAESH he would support and cover it. Well, we are not just having a Million Muslim March, we are having a Billion Muslim March. Bill O’Reilly, we want you to come to Washington DC to cover us and admit that you were wrong when you claimed that Muslims weren’t doing enough to oppose terrorism.”

Texas Shooting 2015 & Pamela Geller: Possibly a Staged Event, a Flase Flag Operation? AMPAC is calling for a real investigation

AMPAC is calling for a real investigation: Texas Shooting 2015 & Pamela Geller - Possibly a Staged Event, a Flase Flag Operation?

The American Muslim Political Action Committee urges all American Muslim organizations to unite and demand a fair and impartial investigation of alleged "radical Muslim terror incidents" from the 2001 9/11-anthrax operation to the May 3rd, 2015 shooting in Texas. We demand a fair and impartial investigation by a Commission whose members will include former President Jimmy Carter, 9/11 expert David Ray Griffin, international law professors Richard Falk and Francis Boyle, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Paul Craig Roberts, University of California professor Peter Dale Scott, Florida State University professor Lance deHaven Smith, State University of New York professor Paul Zarembka, former US Senator Max Cleland, Minnesota governor Mark Dayton, former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura, former US Representative Cynthia McKinney, former US Senator Bob Graham and current US Senator Barbara Levy Boxer.

There are many questions surrounding the Garland, Texas incident: see . The same is true of virtually all terror incidents in the US and Europe attributed to radical Muslims. In the absence of a genuinely fair and impartial investigation controlled by people whose integrity cannot be doubted, billions of people around the world will continue to believe that each new "terror incident" is yet another fabrication by the enemies of Islam. We need to restore confidence in the integrity of our leadership and our intelligence agencies. We need a real investigation of so-called "radical Islamic terror."

American Muslim group blasts media for inciting North Carolina murders: AMPAC

Immidate Release

American Muslim Political Action Committee, AMPAC

January 11, 2015

In the wake of the killing of three young Muslims in North Carolina, the American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) mourns the loss of Deah Shaddy Barakat, 23, Yusor Mohammad, 21, and Razan Mohammad Abu-Salha, 19.

In hopes of preventing more racist killings, AMPAC demands that the US media stop inciting Islamophobia. "By constantly linking terrorism to Islam and Muslims, the American media is inciting hate crimes like this," said MD Alam, AMPAC Director. "The media campaign to terrorize Americans about Islam must stop."

Alam cites statistics showing that there is no statistically significant terror threat in the United States. "You are more than ten times more likely to be hit by lightning or drown in your bathtub than to be killed by terrorists of any kind," he said. "And FBI statistics show that radical Muslims commit only 6% of terrorist acts, while radical Jews commit 7%, and radical leftists and hispanics commit vastly more than either religious group. Yet in the media, it's 'all Islamic terror, all the time.' This is bigoted, and it's murderous. The media helped murder those kids in North Carolina."

AMPAC also demands that the media investigate and report on the possibility that many high-profile terrorist incidents linked to Muslims have been false flag events designed to trigger the Islamophobia that led to the murder of the three young people – as well as over one million innocent Muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere. "Dozens of scholarly books and articles, and investigations by thousands of architects and engineers, prove that the official story of 9/11is wrong," Alam said. "Only the truth can stop this murderous Islamophobia from spiraling out of control and leading to ever-escalating violence."

AMPAC calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza

The American Political Action Committee has called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, where Israeli bombs have killed nearly 200 people and injured more than 1200 during the past eight days.

Gaza, surrounded by barbed wire and Israeli guards, is the world's most densely populated area and has been likened to an open-air concentration camp. The current violence, and the blockade that has decimated Gaza, is not a conflict; it is the systematic extermination of concentration camp inmates who are being slaughtered on the basis of their religion and ethnicity.

Why has the kidnapping of Nigerian schoolgirls garnered so much attention, while the slaughter and maiming of over a thousand people in the Holy Land is being treated as a minor matter?

AMPAC calls on Israel to stop the genocide, end the blockade, and immediately end its systematic discrimination against people on the basis of religion and ethnicity. Palestine belongs to the Palestinians - including Muslim, Christian, and Jewish Palestinians. It also belongs to all three of the Abrahamic religious traditions (all of which have a symbolic and spiritual claim to Palestine based on the rough number of their adherents worldwide, not the alleged ancestry of those adherents.) Jerusalem belongs to all Christians, Muslims, and Jews. It is not the place for a "homeland" based on just one religious ethnicity.

AMPAC asks American political representatives to re-think this issue - and to stop taking bribes (campaign contributions) from Middle Eastern countries and their putatively American lobbies.

Please meet our new Director of Youth Coordinatior Shaun Raja:

Meet Shaun Raja

Shaun Raja was born August 7, 1989 in Miami, Florida and is a first generation Floridian . At the age of ten he moved to Orange County, a Floridian all his life he attended Freedom High School and was part of the first graduating class in 2007. It wasn’t until his involvement in the Model United Nations that he found his interest in politics, helping grow the organization first as a treasurer, and then as the Vice President.

In August of 2011 he graduated from the University of Florida, where he received his BA in Political Science at the age of 21 and a taste for achievement and success; it was that ability to organize and grow that helped him to find his way into the political arena. Shaun Raja worked first as an intern in a national campaign, knocking on doors, recruiting volunteers and organizing events; but eventually found himself working as a campaign staffer in local county and state elections in 2012.

It was his family however, his parents, grandfather, aunts and uncles who truly helped him to lay the foundation for what he is today. With an innate understanding of business, in particular the small business community; not through books and education but through real world experience. His Grandfather, Father and a uncles have since their arrival chased the iconic American dream, they started their own businesses; enduring both success and failure. Shaun watched as those businesses his parents worked long hours to nurture and grow, wilted away after the Economic Recession. He himself is a part of a small local business, one which two of his closest friends started, striving to succeed and help others in the community to do the same by finding ways to help protect our small business leaders and finding new ways to navigate and simplify the entrepreneurial process.

It was these experiences that helped solidify his strong connection to his community, family and ultimately his country. To focus on strong grassroots efforts and approach the people with his message of Growth, Education, Sustainability and Security. For it is ultimately the people who choose, and Shaun Raja believes in building a stronger future for the next Generation of Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Scholars.

American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) denounces ISIL, demands end to US aid for terrorists and extremists

American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) denounces ISIL, demands end to US aid for terrorists and extremists

The American Muslim Political Action Committee wishes to make known its severe disapproval of the extremist group ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant). This group purports to speak for the world's Muslims, and claims it is founding a new Caliphate. In fact, it is a false-flag operation sponsored by the enemies of Islam, and has virtually no support among actual Muslims. ISIL has a record of committing atrocities and violating Islamic laws and norms. It has massacred Christians as well as Sunni and Shi'a Muslims who do not accept its warped misinterpretation of Islam.

Credible reports have emerged during recent weeks indicating that ISIL is being trained and funded by Americans at various locations in Jordan. It is unclear whether the Americans who are funding, arming and training ISIL are official CIA and US military, or whether they are with private mercenary companies. The Obama Administration has tacitly admitted that US funds earmarked for Syrian rebels have gone to ISIL and other extremist groups.

AMPAC demands an end to US aid for ISIL and other extremist and terrorist pseudo-Islamic groups that were created to further imperial strategic objectives and foment anti-Islamic propaganda.

American Muslims protest Bangladesh's murder of opposition leader Abdul Quader Molla

The American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) protests the Bangladesh regimes murder of oposition leader Abdul Qader Molla. The regime's attempt to disguise the political murder as a war crimes prosecution is itself a crime against humanity. Since Abdul Qader Molla has been in Bangladesh since the 1971 war of independence, it makes no sense to prosecute him now, 40 years after the fact. These trumped-up charges are obviously a smokescreen for political assassination. He was murdered because the opposition forces he leads has grown more and more popular, and the government more and more unpopular.

Abdul Quader Molla stated:

"I am absolutely innocent. I am being murdered as I am involved with Islamic movement. The death in martyrdom is not bested in everyone's fate. If Almighty Allah blesses me with martydom, I would consider myself as the luckiest."

AMPAC calls on the US government to withdraw its ambassador and consider imposing sanctions on the regime for murdering Abdul Quader Molla.
